Well, the stomach flu has lingered for a week, at our home. Thankfully, I have remained healthy through it all. So, our first week in our home has been filled with sickness.
I am enjoying the new home, but having to get used to having a 2nd story to our house. Boy, am I working my legs – which is not a bad think. Most of the necessary boxes have been emptied and put away. However, there are MANY not-so-necessary boxes, remaining in our new basement, awaiting their fate.
Tomorrow morning we are having a garage sale. We still have possession of our rent house for one more week. So, the garage sale will be at that location. We left items at that house, meant for the sale. However, in the craziness of the move, MANY items were carried to the new house, which were actually meant for the garage sale. So, tonight we will be taking those items back to the old house and preparing everything for the sale. Now, did I tell you I hate garage sales? Well, I do. It can be so much work for so little reward. However, we are having one anyone. Hopefully selling of as much as possible and taking the remainder to Goodwill.
I’ll let you know how it all goes. Wish us luck and send a few prayers.

It’s nice to read a catch up. Sorry to hear you’ve had some sickies around you with all this going on.. hope it will all over be for you soon.
Blessings
I hope your sale was a success. I dreaded my last one so much, only to end up making almost $1000! However, once every 10 years is enough for me!
Oh my goodness, $1000! You were selling some good stuff! I did not making anything near that. It was good, though. And, yes, It will be another 10 years before doing that again!
