I’ve definitely been enjoying your blog too.
I was so happy to see the recipe for Runsas. My cousin makes them and uses sour karaut instead of cabbage in the meat mixture. The sour kraut gives it a really good flavor, but not too tangy. I’ve made them one time and it took all day. We made several dozen and put them in the freezer. Take one or two out, wrap in paper towel, and pop it in the mircrowave. Makes a wonderful breakfast!
