Tempt My Tummy Tuesday…Cheeseburger Pie

by Lisa on February 6, 2012

This is a new recipe for my family.  We love it and I know you will too.  It is a simple recipe with tasty results!  If you like this recipe, you can find other similar recipes from BettyCrocker.com.  I love looking through that site for quick and easy recipes.

Cheeseburger Pie

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs

Heat oven to 400.  Grease a 9 inch pie plate.  Cook ground beef and onion, drain any fat.  Stir in salt.  Spread into pie plate, sprinkle with cheese.  Stir remaining ingredients together; pour into pie plate.  Bake 25 minutes or until knife in center comes out clean.

My daughter loves to make this. Sometimes she adds a pack of taco seasoning to it and we call it Taco Pie.

Oooo yum…I know my hubby likes anything with the words “cheeseburger” or “pie” so I’m sure he’d adore finding the two of them together!
