For many of us the season of Summer has begun. In my town the schools have already let out for the summer. Woo hoo! Now, time to come up with some fun crafs ideas, snacks, and games to keep these kiddos entertained! LOL! Today I wanted to share a fun snack idea all the neighborhood kids will enjoy making and eating. This recipe came from Grace’s Pre-K teacher. Her class enjoyed them. They snack is called “Teddy Grahams Convertibles”. It is a fun and clever idea. Now, there can be several variations. I am going to share the recipe which Grace’s class made. At the end of the recipe I will share another variation. Also, please excuse the picture as I did not get to take a picture on the day the snack was made, but was given the picture and recipe by the teacher.
Teddy Grahams Convertibles
- store bought frosting
- Honeycomb cereal
- Keebler Scooby-Doo Graham Cracker Sticks
- Teddy Grahams Bear crackers
- Use small dabs of frosting to attach 4 Honeycomb cereal “wheels” to the Scooby graham stick “car” base.
- Put a dab of frosting on top and stand the Teddy Graham bear on top of the “car”.
- Eat up – YUM!
If you do not have any kiddos allergic to peanuts, you could use Peanut Butter as the “glue”.
I found a similar recipe on the Kraftrecipes.com website. HERE is that recipe.
Enjoy and have fun!
