So what is cooking at your house? I am working on dinner for the family right now. It is my easy standard chicken and wild rice. Nothing fancy. I picked up my daughter from school and she is not feeling well. So, instead of ignoring her to finish this post, I will cuddle with her. I hope you understand. I am looking forward to what you are cooking up in your kitchen.
Chicken and Rice
- 2 cups cooked chicken (cut up into bite sized pieces)
- 2 box Uncle Bens Wild Rice Mix (cook per box directions)
- 1 1/2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Mix cooked chicken and prepared rice with the cream of mushroom soup. Pour into a 9×13 dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes
